Our process
Getting started with HIO is quick and stress-free
1. Intake & Verification
A brief form is completed, and we verify insurance benefits for home infusion therapy.
2. Authorization
We submit the necessary clinical documentation to the insurance company for prior authorization.
3. Schedule
Once approved, we schedule the first nursing visit and medication delivery, preparing the patient for their treatment journey.
